Over the past decade, he has dedicated himself to training teams in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, effectively applying these methodologies in both shop environments and office settings. Mikel holds an ASQ certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, which qualifies him to mentor green belts and guide them through their professional journeys.
