The Optimize Inc. team are seasoned industrial engineers who have worked in many business sectors. Many of our clients utilize Optimize to augment their internal industrial engineering teams.

We work as an extension of their engineering departments in two ways. 

First, we take on projects when the project workload is greater than the company can handle with their current resources.

Second, we train and mentor other industrial engineers on how to successfully drive projects to completion on time and on budget.

We specialize in “roll up the sleeves” industrial engineering. We do not provide lists of tasks for someone else to manage. We detail the business case for the projects, including measures for success. We create the task lists, develop the project plans, find and manage subcontractors, identify and procure all materials and equipment, manage final system integration, train employees, and manage production through successful turn-over to operations.
